  1. It is too hot here as well - it makes night time sleeping difficult.

  2. Yes, Rosemary - my sister wrote she sleeps outside to watch falling stars (though she has a fine cool house :-)

  3. I never liked hot weather. Thank goodness for air conditioning. The picture of the sand dollar (I'm guessing that is what it is) is unique.

    1. Here it is really hot, and will stay so for a while - but I can live good with that, Emma.
I looked up sand dollar - but this is a jellyfish, a very seldom one, and I am glad that we don't have many here at the moment.

  4. Yes, it has been lovely here too Britta. I enjoy good Summer weather. Long may it last. Good weather makes everything easier. Your top photograph is a stunning view over the sea.

    1. Thank you, Rachel - I love to take pictures when going to the sea, always different colours and things to see.
I think it will remain fine weather for a week (some provinces here give water warning: people shouldn't use too much for gardens, swimming pools and car wash).

    1. In the time between 12 and 15 you will neither see me outside, Joanne! And my aim is not to roast in the sun (as many here still do) - though I am lucky to get easily a tan.

    1. Yes, I think this summer is splendid - and I enjoy it. At night maybe a little bit more rain, I see the trees and meadows suffer, but on the whole: beautiful.
