But Older Now.
maybe you know this video already. I was so glad when my friend Anne sent it to me! It made my day.
Hope yours too!
That's great Britta, I enjoyed it. I have not seen it before. And I can thoroughly recommend studying a painting closely to pass the time. Thank you for sharing it and thanks to your friend too.
Thank you, Rachel! I do have an App (for free) which allows me to look each day at a painting, with a bit of text, and often very surprising subjects. In the Appstore give in "Daily Art" - there you will find it. Stunning!
Thank you so much - this really cheered me up today!
Dear Angela, I'm glad that you had a look at it! Especially in these days we need something to cheer us up!
People are so clever. I would not have thought to find relevant art to make the video.
Dear Emma, me neither. But the idea is great - and when our museums are open again, I want to go there and look if I can find paintings to special themes - just for fun.
Excellent. And who knew those great subjects were in quarantine. Poor Mona Lisa.
Dear Joanne, I always regret that we cannot meet in person - I believe that we two would laugh a lot! I love your dry humour - and the change of perspective, to see Mona in quarantine : fabulous!
This is ingenious. We all need a way to pass the time and feel productive and engaged. Thank you for sharing this.
Dear Susan, I was so glad too when my friend Anne sent me that! "Productive" and "engaged" - that's it, and as I try to see also the good in a situation which I do not like, here I see that it makes me take time to find out which sort of productivity I prefer.
It's very clever and lovely. It came into my email box earlier this week & I feel terribly fashionable for being not the last to hear of something for a change!
Wow, Pipistrello - ain't it good to feel that way? Being on the qui vive is very invigorating! Au reservoir!
Ha! Au reservoir, to you, too!
That was funny.
I think that everything that makes our heart cheerful and our mind work is good - and art always has done that.
Beautiful Britta, BRAVA!
Thank you, dear Geo.! I am so glad that you encourage me on my poem blog too!
